|Recommended: YesStaying Firm — All in all this is a good place to live. Had car ransacked once and got rid of all the roaches. The building is now clean and I like living here. I have good neighbors that are very friendly.

|Recommended: NoToday is Sunday Sept 21 at 1 59am. My toilet won't flush or fill with water, the automatic system tells me not an emergency so I get to wait until who knows when for them to fix it. UNBELIEVABLE I'll let ya know how many days pass before it gets fixed
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience maintenance issues, especially outside of normal business hours. We’ve also recently updated our system settings so that if you insist there is an emergency with your toilet, the call will be forwarded directly to the on-call team. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it helps us improve the experience for all residents.

|Recommended: YesMoving In — The process for moving in was lovely. I sent in an application and the staff recognized me the same day it was sent in. They let me know exactly what I needed and how I can accomplish it. There was a one day delay because of a holiday. I moved in when I expected too.
