|Recommended: YesNew Tenant — The apartment that I ended up with isn’t as nice as they look online, or even as the one I was originally shown. The get ready and clean was very poorly done. All in all I think it will be a great apartment for me though and if I can get a couple of items taken care of, I think I’ll be really happy here.

The process is quick and I can able to sign the lease in the timely matter.

|Recommended: YesI’ve been living here for 3 years. I love my townhome. Updated features and very spacious. I haven’t had any issues with the community and it’s always well maintained. I’ve put in a few maintenance requests over the years and I get a timely response update. The staff is very pleasant to work with. I am so grateful to Amelia Samantha for being attentive to my needs as a resident

The lease staff was really helpful while I was in the process of moving in. Any time that I called they would provide me with the solid answers about any questions that I have.
